Ting Shih honored with Geneva Forum for Health Award

During the annual Geneva Forum for Health, McKinsey and Company will host the Forum for Health Award, an award that honors and recognizes advances and contributions in health systems that have improved or have the potential  to fundamentally improve the health of people around the world. Nominations for the award are open in advance to all leaders invited to the Forum. The awards are decided by the Forum Jury. This year the jury was chaired by Dr Nika Gilauri, former Prime Minister of Georgia,  MrsAnn Starrs, CEO of the Guttmacher Institute, Professor Cristian Baeza, Director of Health Systems Solutions and Professor of Global Health at IHME, Dr Viktor Hediger, Leader of EEMA Healthcare Systems and Services, McKinsey & Company and  and Dr David Fine, Leader of EEMA Public Sector, McKinsey & Company.  
The jury team selected Ting Shih, CEO and Founder of ClickMedix, to receive the Geneva Forum for Health Award in honor of the critical role in providing innovative solutions through technology to virtually connect physicians and patients. In addition to Ting Shih, the awards will also be given to Médecins Sans Frontières, The Presidential Delivery Team of Sierra Leone and Professor Zulfiqar Bhutta, Founding Director of the Centre of Excellence in Women and Child Health at the Aga Khan University.
